Is Free a trial?
No. Free is a permanent limited plan for one student and requires no payment method.
How do I choose a paid plan?
Create your account, open Billing in the app, choose a monthly or annual plan, and complete secure Stripe Checkout.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans renew at the selected interval until you schedule cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal.
What happens if I cancel?
Your paid access continues through the current paid period. After it ends, your family returns to writable Free if it fits Free limits or becomes read-only until usage is reduced or the plan is reactivated.
What happens if a payment fails?
You have a three-day recovery window to update the payment method. If payment is not recovered, the same Free or read-only rules apply.
Can I use the Student Portal on Free or Family Plus?
No. Parent-controlled Student Portal access is included with Family Pro.
